Iowa was the 1st in the nation to cast its vote for the Republican nominee to run against Barack Obama in the 2012 general election.
One spokesperson is given the opportunity to speak on behalf of each candidate before the precincts are split up to vote.

Keokuk, Iowa, has a population 11,500 people. It is located on the border of Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. Joseph Smith, the founder of Mormonism,
